well im new to this but im sure alot of you are experienced on answering some questions i have ok well let me start from the beginning. last year was my first year at a senior college so the myth is true that you gain weight when this happens i went from 215 to 233 and im only 5 '8 which i wasnt all fat cuz i was a football player at one time.well i saw that i needed to make a change and started on a three day work out program where i did two groups of muscles twice a week so i guess it would be considered a six day workout .each day at the gym i worked out aprox. 2 hours on free weights and i did about an hour on a eliptical and twice a week i ran 2 miles a night at a local track. i also dieted the diet consisted of only water and juice to drink and a high intake of whey protein , creatine, and i also took tribulus which supposedly has some steroidal sapponins.i ate only chicken breast tuna fruit and salads i started doin this about january 15 and by the end of march and the beginning of february i lost down to 195. i stopped all this about june due to work and now i weigh about 200 to 205 so i havent gained much but i just started back and my goal is to get down to about 170 i have never taked any steroids and was wondering if there was some kind i could take to reach my goals and what is recommended i am all ears to what yall have to say. and i have heard you lose all you gain but if this is so if your muscles have memory if you do lose your gains can they not be gained back without steroids and just a strenuous workout any feedback is appreciated. thanx

| I couldnt agree more. Diet is key once again. Cardio is a must as well. Run until you cant run anymore, then keep running. Push yourself HARDER than you ever have. If you want it, its at your feet. It doesnt happen overnight and thats why some get impatient, but keep it up. Youll definately get there if you want it bad enough. Who knows, results may come sooner than you think. Thermogenics like say....DNP work, but can be risky and should be used with caution. Start with a low dose and go from there if you choose that route. Be safe and take care....

As already been stated diet and training are key. Steroids only assist you, they are not the miracle answer to all though. Some basic Test can help you maintain and even gain some muscle, while burning fat, but only if your diet and training are on spot, otherwise its a waste. That is the same with any steroid. |

I agree with the guys, diet and cardio are of the utmost importance! It's 80% hard work, drugs and supplements are there if you need the added help. ilds
