First cycle: Wks 1-10 EQ 400mg/wk Wks 7-12 Winny 50mg/ED PCT clomid after winny Gained around 8-10lbs and made me very vascular. My diet could have been a little better so I may have been able to gain more. My only regret was not adding any test, but not too bad for a first cycle. Kept about 8lbs. |

14 weeks, 500 test, no pct... Gained 22lbs (from 183 to 205), I imagine a lot was water, but with no pct, who knows. Arms grew 3/4 inches, gained 30lbs on my bench. Lost half of everything within 6 weeks. The 3/8 inch I kept was well worth it all, even the pain of seeing them shrink. BUT, if I hadn't measured, I would have been very upset, cause I 'feel' smaller now, but am in fact considerably larger. Go figure. Quote:

about 14 yrs ago. a bunch of us would drive down to Mex. every Fri. I'd do about 750mg sus redi-jets. 200mg deca redi=jets and they were only 25mg per inject. so talk about shooting alot of oil. sometimes we couldn't find sus. so we'd get primotest 250. this was before all the high mg vet stuff was available. I gained about 25lbs in about 3-4 months and my back looked like a pepperoni pizza..............11

Hey guys, what about strength gains? Lost 40% even with pct huh, sheesh, that sorta sucks. I only lost 50% and no pct... BUT, that was my first cycle, and I heard cycles get smaller gains later, and you lose more. Quote:

400 Test E 300 EQ Ran for 10 weeks....I think I gained 18 lbs....got off cycle....got sick and had a bad sinus infection...and needless to say I think I kept about 8 lbs of it. God I wish I had that first cycle back again....would have done some things differently. |

i'm getting a bit tired of this guy. for those of you that dont know, let me fill you in on whats going on here. superman15 came on here a while ago...green as all hell. now being green and a newbie is no biggie. we were all there. and we all got help. but you see, i tried helping superman15. i was willing to give him all the time in the world. i wasnt telling him "take this and this, and then take the other thing"...i wanted him to learn and wanted him to do some research on his own. this way he learns! i guess after a few questions, he got frustrated and didnt respond anymore. now here he is again, with some sort of "just for fun" bullshit, trying to get ideas on a first cycle or whatever the fuck he's up to now. i just wish he'd do his own goddam research. especially since animalmass and phreezer took time out and wrote up a few good newbie cycles which are "stickied" at the top. have a nice day |

first cycle was 500mg test weeks 1-11 400mg eq weeks 1-11 weeks 7-11 100mg winni and tren eod .25 mg adex everyday throughout hcg and clomid post cycle i went from 200 lbs at 15.7% bf (9 pt scale) to 178 at around 5% so i lost 33 lbs of muscle and gained like 6-9 lbs of lbm... then post cycle i got off my crazy ass diet and cardio schedule and i never lost any muscle and never lost any strength... i got up to about 195 at 9%... then i started fuckin off in college... lol. |
