I am taking my very first cycle and need some advice and critique. I am a very thick skin so fire away...I am on a cycle of M1T 2week on - 2week off. and a 6 week cycle of wk1=20mg wk2=25mg wk3=30mg wk4=30mg wk5=25mg wk6=20mg. I have been on the M1T for 4 weeks prior to the winny. Now my question is after I finish my winny cycle, is there a recommendation for kick starting my body back to normal, or do I even need anything? Thanks and I look forward to hearing from yall! |

Like i said this is my first cycle, maybe i should have done more homework. I ran with the M1T to se what it would do, and I have had favorable results.I had no side effects with the M1T and wanted to supplement it with a cutter at the end of my cycle. Yes the winny is the 6 wk pyramid. With the M1T I am running 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I am on week 2 of my winny pyramid. Is there a better way of cycling the winny that would be more productive? So far I am very happy with its results. I keep a pretty good diet, no hambergers and no cokes or the such. The only side effects witht hte winny I have had are a few pimples here and there, but that can be expected. would it be better to cycle the winy on and off like the M1T? SHould I take anything besides Milk Thistle when i get off the winny cycle? |

As a caveat, I should give a little more background on myself maybe to get an idea of my thought process. I am 37y/o, 6’1” 200lbs. BF is about 15%. I do not get to explore the forum as frequently or extensively as I would like due to the availability of the internet and my location. I am let’s say…in a very hot and dusty place. Getting anything where I am is difficult as well. My work outs are on track. My diet is subject to someone else’s cooking and do not get a large choice in how things are prepared. I am subject to when I eat as well due to my ever changing schedule dictated by my uncle Samuel. But I eat pretty healthy with the aid of vitamins, flaxseed oil and protein shakes or bars. My goals are simple. My short term goal is to look good for my woman when I get off the freedom bird. I have been lifting hard for 6 months now with out anything besides some NO2, creatine and vitamins. I started at 210lbs at maybe 25% BF and have happily traded the fat for lean muscle over the past 6 mo and wanted a little extra. This is my motive. I want to continue cycling after I get home. My long term goal is to attain about 210-215lbs lean muscle and <10%BF. From what I have read ya’ll are wonderful at keeping people strait. I look forward to hear from more of you and I will keep reading when I can. |

It would be best not to pyramid the Winny. That was no longer done after the 80s. You want to keep your blood levels steady. To do that you need to take equal amounts during the cycle. Cycling on and off with a Winny pyramid will have your levels all over the place. Which in turn can cause more sides. Finish the cycle with out the pyramid. Take even amounts. Can you get any Nolva? How long before you make it back to the states? HDH

I will be home very soon. I prob can but Im gonna have to wait till I get home. OK so stay with an equal dose... Obviously 30 mg is enough for me right now its doing a pretty good job. I dont need to supplement with anything after I finish the cycle do I? What are the advantages/disadvantages to Nolva vs Winny? I will read up the Nolva on my own as well.
