Keto Dosage?

O.K., I've searched and can't really find a definitive answer as to what the optimum dosage for Keto is. I'm taking 100 mcg/day of Clen when on, don't know if clen's dosage makes a difference in the Keto dosage, but thought I'd add it.

Any and all info is appreciated.

Do you have the 1mg tablets, or is it in a Pump spray or just some liquid form (usually a syrup)?

1 mg tabs. Keto is short for Ketotifen.

I was researching it myself. I read in Anabolics that a dose of 2 to 3mg ED should be more than enough to up regulate. Haven't tried it myself but eventually will. I might start at 1.5 or 2mg ED. I will check out some personal experiences first.

Everything I've read seems to indicate the same.

I'd start with 2mg and adjust from there. Really I'd just take Benedryl at night 2-3 days a week. Ketotifin kicks my ass into a serious state of laziness, no beta-2 antagonist can counter it's lazifing effects for me. Maybe just run your beta-2 A for no more than 2-3 weeks at a time before taking a week or so off to recover. With the Benedryl, I take it the first two nights of my work week to help get back into the work mood - Sun and Mon, and run my Beta-2 A one on, one off. with a kickstart of 3 weeks.
