Cranberry Juice Is Good For The Kidneys. But If You Drink A Lot Of It You Will Piss Out Your Ass More. Drink A Lot Of Water. Drank A Lot Of The Juice Once And Every 5 Minutes I Was On The Pot With Trouser Chillie And It Didn't Smell Like Cranberry Juice Either.

Ya Water Is The Best Way To Go. The Railroad Has Pallets Of Bottled Water For Us To Drink, So I Take 3 Or 4 Cases Home With Me Everytime I Go To Work And I Drink About A Case A Day. They Are 6oz Bottles. Easy To Take.

I have a friend that works for the railroad and he is always stocked with bottled water......try cranberry extract gelcaps bro....the tannins in the berries are excellent for kidney and urinary health.
