Default knee surgery help.
sup guys i have to get a knee surgery this summer unfortunately and i most likely wont be able to train legs for a couple weeks. So see the problem is i have a big comp next year and i gotta keep my legs big. is there anything i can spot inject in my legs after i recover from the surgery. Like igf, or anything but not synthol.

No there isnt, however you may speed your recovery if you use growth hormone.
