Default Lean bulker/joint regeneration cycle

By the time I get to this cycle in November I will be roughly 225 lbs with 10-12% bf. I'm 24 yrs old w/ 3 cycles under my belt (all cutters so far) and have 10 yrs workout experience. I am looking to gain at least 12 solid pounds from this one as well as really strengthen my joints. My diet will be 3000 cals (360g protein, 300g carbs all complex except pwo maltodextrin, and 30g fat) Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Week
1 1000 mg Primobolan, 800 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
2 500 mg Primobolan, 600 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
3 500 mg Primobolan, 600 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
4 500 mg Primobolan, 600 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
5 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
6 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
7 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
8 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
9 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
10 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
11 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E
12 500 mg Primobolan, 500 mg EQ, 3/4 mL Test E


3/4 mL test E roughly = 190 mg test E

I would say your diet is short 800 calories per day at least.

Sounds low in fat to me. Bump it up with more healthy fats.

the test is to low and the primo to high IMO

I figure approx 3700 calories just to maintain your weight with an active workout at a weight of 225 lbs, then you add approx 500 calories for mass.
This is using a formula of 16.5 X body weight = calories
