Your two week cycles should be ok,start at the lowest dose{20mcg} to check your tolerance,then move up in 20mcg increments daily.
A full dose of 100mcg each of
clen and t3 should be ample,or just keep the t3 @ 50mcg ed
Remember that these products are just to support and accelerate the fat losses of a good diet a training regime.So you'll still need to keep your caloric intake at a deficit to daily maintenance requirements to see real effects.
