it works just fine.. about .25mg EOD..unless your having sides then you can go with .5mg EOD or ED... Not more than that..

You do know what it's for right?

Yea, it's an anti-E. Been around along time bro (lifting and juicin for 23 yrs). I want to see how it helps cut down on water retention. Thanks for the responce bro.

it will cut down on water retention.it will help with aromitization.....25mg ed or .5 eod.
