The stats... 6'4" 280lbs.. Been lifting for 13 yrs.. Played collegiate football in the PAC 10, so I have a pretty good base... This would be my 5th cycle, but first in two years... Past cycles have been lots of
deca,
test cyp, and
winny. Tops on the
deca was 600,
cyp was 600, and
winny was 100mg per day...
The diet is fine, I have loads of protein and have a pretty solid idea of what I need to be eating... I am not real big on eating a ton of carbs though...
For cardio I like to mix it up.. I can only go so long on the "human ratwheel", so I will do three or four different things for 10-15 minutes each...
What I want from the cycle is to trim up around the middle and increase my upper body mass... A pec tear 2 years ago has really hurt my upper body training.. I have heeled, but I have no confidence in barbells any more.. I stick to dumbells, which is fine, but I really want to strengthen up my upper back and shoulder girdle..
Any thoughts on the cycle, or anything on the pct would be great and much appreciated..
