Hey guys this will be my first cycle, I'm 24 5'9 200 15%BF and I'm looking to drop the BF and gain some lean mass. I'm looking for a pretty simple first cycle with a small amount of sides. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you guys think of taking var and test prop for a beginning cycle to cut? How bad would the side effects be, and what kind of dosage would you guys recommend for a first timer. Also what kind of anti-es would I take? I probably sound like an idiot but I guess we all have to start somewhere, so I'm trying to soak up as much info from everyone as possible. Appreciate all the help.

Short esters are not for beginners.

Diet is the key.

Someone that is new to injecting needs some time to get used to it. Longer esters give them a chance to "break in" new injection sites. Post inject pain can get pretty bad for some.

Now, add some Prop to this at EOD and there could be problems. Very sore injection sites, dragging their legs around for half a cycle or even stopping the cycle in the middle of it. Test flu is not fun with EOD injects and it seems to come with the painful injections (post).

It is just better / safer for a newbie to go with long esters.

Very true about the less frequent injections, but do you think that newbies should also stay away from orals?

I think their fine. It really depends on how comfortable they are with running multiple aas (just a kick-start).

As far as oral only, of course I would suggest an injectable cycle.
