| Tren A 75mg/eod weeks 4-12 Test Prop 100mg/eod weeks 1-12 EQ 600mgs/week weeks 1-12 Winny 50mg/eod weeks 6-12 I'll be running the ECY stack through out the cycle and I have 6 amps of PGCL that I plan on running at the end.. Sounds pretty good to me.. I plan on running some Nolva for my PCT.. I usually don't get to many sides, though this is the first time i'll be runnings tren a, but I have ran tren e before.. Damn Dennis, you just beat me to the exact same questions! But I do have one more: For twelve weeks, why not use Tren E and Test E? Cut back on the frequent injections. If you say because you want to stay lean, then the resolution to that is AE and diet. |

Running everything to week 12 will leave the EQ in your system by itself for an extra couple weeks. You should consider running the prop an extra 2 weeks. HDH

Well I was only going to run the tren a for that period of the time because I know its tough on the liver, I may run it the entire cycle though.. I am deff using this to get ready for the summer, get nice and lean.. I don't mid the injections every other day (I actually kind of like the feeling) plus I figured I'd give tren A a try I am also injecting the winny ( I know that oils and waters need to be in different syringes).. Thats a good idea about running the prob for another 2 weeks.. thanks Should have all my stuff in about a week and a half so i'm trying to cut down the bf% right now.. The ephedrine will deff help and that PGCL really drops the poundage.. I'm getting everything from south America (except for the PGCL) its all vet grade shit.. I've only used UG and Human grade.. what do you guys think of vet grade stuff? Also, could I run the winny longer like 4-12 weeks? or is that not a good idea? I have some 21g needles which should be good.. I plan on still have a fairly high calorie diet consisting of about 70% protein 20% carbs and about 10% fat eating about 6 meals a day replacing 2 or 3 of the meals with protein shakes.. I usally eat about 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and oat meal/ or grit's for breakfast, then ill eat a half of a rotisserie chicken and 1 large or 2 small potatoes and a piece of fresh fruit for lunch,and for dinner i'll eat either turkey breastes/chicken breasts/ or some kind of lean red meat with Lima beans, or white rice, and for a late night snack ill eat a low fat yogert.. Ill do this about the first 7-8 weeks and then start using the higher dose of the ECY stack till about week 12-13 then ill use all my amps of PGCL.. I'll prob continue to run the ECY stack off and on till the beginning of the summer. During this time my diet will only consist of lean meats with very low fat food and no carbs with about 500-700 less calories a day. |

it would be very cool if you kept us all updated during this hypothetical cycle..start a log for us.when you get to the part of your diet where you drop carbs this is the toughest 4-7 days of your cycle..be strong with it though.your body will soon get used to it and burn fat like crazy.there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Yea, Dennis is right. For that first week with no carbs, you dont want to do anything. You get tired in the gym after about 4 sets. Your lifts are way down. You just feel tired all day long. And then all of a sudden, you start to notice you look tighter and your starting to come back to normal

Yeah I'll keep some kind of log.. I am currently doing the DC training method seems to work nice.. I add my own little spins to it of course but I've noticed a difference strength and size in just a few weeks
