lots of blood after inj.

So I pulled the needle out of my leg and a stream of deep red blood ran down my leg. I don't think I hit a blood vessel or vein because when I aspirated I didn't see any blood. I did it at a lower then usual position on my leg, which might mean something?
90% of the time I see no blood, 10% of the time there is a small dot maybe but never BLEEDING like today. What happend?

You knicked a vien. Hope it went through and into muscle. It's even happed to me
sup-q. It's freaky but most of the time nothing. If it gets infected you got to get antibiotics.

happened to me once, it was fine tho, no pain or anything over the next days

This is not uncommon, your right about 10% of the time this will happen, no big deal. Some times if you keep poken around the same area it will happen more often. Use glutes and quads both, right side left side. I've already had it drippen on the floor.

When it starts runnung, you've got to be fast. I'm usually ready for it. It's happened more than a few times.

Mate i have had it spraying up the wall so don't worry.You just nicked a vein on the way in or out.As long as there is no blood in the syringe there is nothing to worry about.

Still trying to figure out why blood squirts out sometimes? My blood pressure is normal but it squirts out like I'm under pressure.

I don't think it's down to blood pressure as such.Even when my blood pressure was normal it happened.I have yet to figure out why it happens.
