Been lifting for 25 years hard but never tried either HGH or IGF. I have a good idea how to dose and what to expect from HGH since it's been around for a while. But, what's the verdict now that some of you Bro's have tried both. Which gives youm the most bang for the buck and while we're on the subject has anyone has anyone ever figured out the best dosage, timing and drug combinations with IGF.

Any info would be appretiated.
