Guyz, friends & bodybuilders, I really need your help on this because its really freaking me out. I am a newbie to steroids & I have started my first ever testosterone cycle, I am getting IM injections for 500 mg sustanon every sunday for 10 weeks. I get 2 injections each one 1cc for two different muscels at a time, no problems what so ever. My problem is: my first injection was in my shoulder & I injected 2 cc in my left delt, few hours later I had so much pain & the following day I have developed a lump at the injection site, I could not sleep on it or do any exercise for a few days because it was too painful, for almost 4-5 days, the pain has subsided alot but the lump is persistent, so I decided to never inject 2 cc in one muscle. now about 2 weeks have passed and the lump is still there, there is no pain, no redness or heat, I can exercise normally & I didn't get any fever. can someone tell what could it be ? could it be trapped oil ? I tried to apply heat & massage it yet to no avail, I read else where that delt is a small muscle and it cannot handle 2 cc, I used 23g 1.25 " needle length, I injected too fast (less than 30 seconds) & I didn't warm the amp.

2ccs is quite a lot in your shoulder. first time i used sust 1cc in my glute ruined me for days.
it doesnt sound like it is infected if there is no heat at the site. so i would guess it is going to sort itself.
BUT, keep a very close eye on it as an abcess would really fuck you up. if you are that worried then go to the doc and get it checked. better safe than sorry.
That looks like a pretty decent size lump for shooting 2 weeks ago, it should have dissipated by now. How long after did you start the hot compresses? Are you still doing them? Try and take another pic, I think that is being skewed due to you lifting your arm and it looking larger then it might actually be.
The lump cannot be seen when my arm is down, but as I lift it the lump shows up & make my shoulders look uneven, I used hot compresses in the following day post injection with some deep massage, I had 2 injections (each 1cc) in my other shoulder & no problems at all.
ok I am going to see a doctor but what should I say ? & what would he do to diagnose/treat it ?

bro 500 mgs of sus 250 in your delt ?? Not a good idea, i cannot see the pictures but that is not an uncommon problem
you should not do shoulder shots with anything but 1 in pins max and i usually sitck to water based suspension or winstrol
take some asprin relax if you have some anti-biotics around wolf them down too

yes you are definitely right, my first injection for 2cc in my left delt was a mistake though I was wrongly told that it's ok to do it, now I regret it so much !! though I need to do something, am going to see a doctor about it but I don't know what am gonna say, I know he'll give me a long talk about AAS which is the last thing I need
