Lump not directly under right nipple...?

I don’t know if this is gyno related or not, but I have a lump under my skin that is below my nipple.... Well, it's not exactly below my nipple. It's more like 1/2 inch or less down from my nipple. I can pull my nipple and skin up toward my shoulder and the lump doesn’t follow. Any ideas? I never had a problem before with gyno, but there's always a first.

My cycle: Finishing week 6
Tren E 500mg ew
Sus250 500mg ew
Jintropin 5ius ed

Just started masteron last week at 300mg ew or 100mg MWF
Just started BD winny tabs 50mg ed or 350 ew

I have enough nolvadex, arimidex and clomid to run for months. Should I start any?

not that I can recall. I do regular self checkups everynight in the shower.

It kinda feels like a lump in the fatty area, if that makes sense. I can squeeze the skin on both sides of it (like a insulin shot) and feel it better. It is not under my nipple and that has me a little confused.

Think of my areola as a silver quarter and the lump is at the bottom of it. It's not even in the areola, it's below it.

Lumps sound scary, but most lumpish bumps are just tissue clumping. From what you're taking, you ought not to be getting gyno. (But do start .5mg Arimidex EOD!) Though, also from what your taking, you might be getting doses of excessive paranoia.
