You could try some Letro but if its not that bad then i wouldn't worry about. Just be sure to take an AI next time you run a cycle. If it gets worse, then see a doctor. Once gyno is there, surgery is pretty much the only way to get rid of it.
It's going to take me 3 weeks to get ahold of letro, is it going to be to late by then? I'm still taking clomid and nolvadex, it's not growing but it is really annoying, it feels like i have an ice cube on my nipple at all times. Why did I get this even though I was taking novla and clomid?

If letro might solve your problem i would suggest get some ASAP, i have heard many times over that strong androgenic's have been known to reverse gyno in alot of cases. I'm not familiar with letro but thats likely the case here.
When you have time to contemplate the question why later; Strong cycle/genetic predisposition? Maybe you should stack an anti-estrogen like proviron in with your cycle in the future? or somthing really strong like Arimidex. I always thought that clomid was more for recovery than prevention; but i AM fairly new to this.
full-dose Femara (letrozole), 2-3 months, kills gyno dead...often. if letro can't do it, only surgery can. beware weak tendons/ligaments, easy cramping and reduced interest in sex. turns out we all need some estrogen.
