Their actions are independent of each other, so there won't really need to be any special considerations other than for those needed with each individually.

Yeah I have used insulin many times I just wanted to learn more about lutalyse. I read the post in the classifieds. I have easy access to this stuff and was thinking it could come in handy. Any help would be great.

There are some threads on people's PGF2a experiences on the musclechemistry board (PGF2a/IGF-1 forum). There are also several threads at anabolicreview about PGF2a/lutalyse.
