| Steroid Forum: This is a discussion on Mailing gear to Canada within the Anabolic Steroids forums, part of the extensive steroid information at MESO-Rx; I've been hearing on other boards that Canadian bros can mail order upto a 3mth supply of gear without it ... |

i think they are mixing up the american rule of ordering 3months supply from other countries with script. small orders of pharmacudicles wont get noticed or may be passed but they will snag steroids or orders that look like trafficing, if they find them. HGH could get by in a small order as could any drug. just dont count on getting a large order or suspect you are within the law ordering steroids through the mail in canada. canadianjuicemonsters.com has canadian legal faqs Last edited by zenmonky; 02-10-2004 at 01:28 AM. |

It is my understanding that importing anabolic hormones (INCLUDING pro-hormones) is illegal in Canada. HGH, as far as I know, is not on the list. But here is the bottom line. Customs gets anything that looks shady and they will just take it. Period. So if you wanna fight for your shit back go ahead, but it will be a rough ride. Oh and BTW anything coming from the US will make it into Canada if it has decent packing...... |

Possesion of AAS in Canada is not against the law. Seeking or distributing is. You can be charged with a maximum of three years in prison if memory serves me right. If anyone is interested I can post more specific info as well as drug schedule (there are 8 in canada). So you can have enough AAS in your house, in you car, or on your person as you like. If you're cought trying to buy or sell it, you're in shit.

In Canada steroids are a schedule 4 drug. This means that possession is not illegal. You could pull it out in front of cop, judge, RCMP, whatever. Once you try to sell it or buy it you break the law and it is a criminal offence. Punishable by a maximum of 3 years in prison. There you have it. That's about all there is too it really. This info is available from the Canadian criminal code, which should be available in any half decent librarie. Hope this helps.

good question: If it is legal to posses but illegal to sell and buy - Well in what category of those three would let's say "Bringing personal amount of roids with you in handluggage when flying to Canada" be? and when you would send it via mail to yourself to Canada from the U.S. - would that be considered buying or possesing? Just Having It Is Legal But Buying It Or Selling It Is Illegal. How In The Hell Are You Supposed To Get It Then. Doesn't Make Sense To Me. I Read That It Is Illegal To Have Any Steroids Up There. Thats Why Canadian Sites Just Have The Basic Protein Powders And Stuff Like That. Never Seen Anything More Than That On Them. I Maybe Be Wrong Though.

I tried to find Schedule IV under the Canadian Food and Drug Act, but however it seems to have disappeared? The Canadian Gov may have changed the name of the act recently. Here's a link from CJM that explains Canadian law explaining the classification and penalties associated with AAS in Canada. http://www.canadianjuicemonsters.com/home_fset.html Cheers. |
