Exclamation Major help needed..surgery in 2 weeks

I'm having a herniated disk in my neck removed with cadaver bone being inserted while a plate and 2 screws will be used. Dr said I can work out 3 weeks after surgery but no pressure on neck/shoulders (squats, etc) My question is this....how long do I have to wait to go back on a cycle?? I'm wondering since my body will be working with a foreign object (cadaver bone) and since anabolics lower resistance in a human...I don't want my body to start rejecting anything. It takes anywhere from 6 months to a year for total fusion in a persons neck. i was thinking of running 2 iu's of HGH to speed up the process of healing as well. Suggestions??

Treat the neck and upper body muscles very gently for a few months. The titanium screws have been known to work themselves loose from the vertebrae.
I think the AAS is a bad idea. Seems like the hgh would help. You coulld ask him tht you read that hgh speeds up the recovery process and what he thinks about that . Sounds like a good ides to me.

If it was me I would wait at least a year.

I second that. I know it sucks, but you dont want to be in an even worse situation in 6 months either. Good luck bro.

No matter what you take, is what you do to yourself that will make a difference between fast recovering and a couple of complications. Go with the Doc advice and take it moderatly and intelligently. No pressure on your kneck, no quick movement , try to sit down when you do dumbells or barbells. I think that HGH or some low test cycle will speed a litlle the recovery, but try to have a professional advice on the risk of having trouble with your immune system and the effect of high blood pressure on your new bone part. Testosterone is known to improve the immune system and prevent bone loss.
