My 2 cents, I had to do the same thing due to surgeries and the like. My little training team and I decided I should wait to make sure I could train hard enough to not just be pissing the
AAS right through me and that my body was up to that kinda of stress again. Mine sounds a little more serious than yours but I would give it at least a good 90 or so days in the gym to see if you are up to it and get your body to the point that it can really utilize it. If your are training hard and eating correct, it will be starving for it by then ready to really grow. RM stated some Deca might be a good way to go depending on what your injuries were. Just do not re injure yourself. I, myself included, have never seen anyone be able to get big when I cant workout due to injuries! Believe me, I am paying for it now.
