I am a 47 year ex bodybuilder, have not competed since middle 90's. I would like to get ready for some master shows next year. I been keeping up very well with all the latest nutritional aid that our out there but not the steroids side. I find that getting the pumps during workouts are harder to come buy plus there are lot more pain in the joints. The days of 400lbs benches and 400lbs squats are long gone. So i would to get some insights what might be the best and practical way of doing this. Some have suggested doing
HGH because of my age, the effects will do wonders since my
test levels have drop since I've gotten older. And of course there the favorites, d-ball and
winstrol V are still mentioned!
