EQ will add lean mass with less bloat then deca. some have run them together @ 200mg/wk each, but its not necessary.
EQ also helps increase the appetite, which is good for bulking.
EQ should be used for atleast 10 weeks. if you're not going to run it for that long, i'd say dont bother with it.
how long do you plan on running the cycle? and when you say "been on gear for a year", do you mean you're on right now? been on for a year straight? if so...go through PCT and lay off the drugs for a while.
