I've been on a DNP cycle for 8 days now and have bumped up eventually to a gram (500mg 2x a day) but I'm not getting anywhere near the same effects I have at lower doses on 2 previous cycles. However, I've noticed that my temperature is consistently around 37.3 (99.3) so I'm reluctant to bump up again. My DNP is from a very reputable seller (P) so I don't doubt it's effectiveness, and the yellow bodily fluids indicate it's in my system, but I've no lethargy or carb cravings and minimal sweating.
Is it possible that the DNP dose is working as well as it should even though I'm not the exhausted sweaty mess I should be and I've somehow just got used to the effects?
Cheers,
S
Wow, I couldn't imagine taking a gram of P's DNP but it hits me different then other people.
Have you had any weight loss in the 8 days? Have you gradually went up over the 8 days or started at 500 and upped to 1000?
I have noticed that the more one uses DNP, the cleaner their diet gets while cycling it. Its funny, but they dont realize how much cleaner they eat each time around. Cutting back on the amount of carbs DRASTICALLY reduces the heat output. But like LK said, did you double the dose and what did you start out at? And how many days have you been at this dose? If only one or two, then damn the next couple of days might suck for you! Lol. No offense

Cheers for the replies guys. I started out at 400 and bumped it 200 after every 3 days so this is my first day on a gram but I would've thought the build up alone would cause some effects rather than it all hitting me at once, say tomorrow. My diet is a lot cleaner, as I've been on a CKD for a while now. As for weight loss, it's been negligible; 3lb, but nothing I couldn't really attribute to cardio and diet.
Very strange to me but I am sure there are people who know better then I do. I know I usually start with 200mg of P's and I feel it either within the same day or def by the next day.
Just be careful, you are taking a very high dose bro, it is tolerated different by all but that is a very high dose.
I use it during a keto diet as well. the heat isnt there because u dont have the carbs in your body. have a cheat meal and your gonna sweat but not horribly. People say that you have to have carbs for the DNP to work properly...but conc. and others say that carbs arent necessary and the fat burning effects are present no matter what style of dieting based on some study he has. I've lost some weight but nothin i couldnt attribute to dropping the carbs out of my body and just losing a shitload of water weight. I'm just not sure if it is workin properly either on the Keto style diets.
Not true, my last cycle I used 200 - 300 mg of DNP and my carbs were under 50g a day and I still felt the heat, had night sweats and sweat uncontrollably at the gym. The only difference for me with the keto diet was I didn't get the radiating heat over my body after I ate as compared to when I ate carbs.

You are so right. I think I did just that. Not on purpose but subconscioulsy to avoid the worst side effects. I just finished my last dose until October. Just starting to get warm and I can't handle that. Good bye DNP. I will miss you.
