I've recently read a couple of books by him. I had not heard of him previously. What is your opinion of him and his advice? Good stuff or internet charlatin?Thanks.

Mixed opinions mate.He is a bit like Paul Borreson (RIP) mate.Some people like him,some don't.Personally i think he talks a lot of s**t..This is a man who puts his teenage son on steroids!!!. www.muscletalk.co.uk |
