minimal dose for milk thilse?

what dosages are you guys running? i been on winny for 4 months and about to come off. however im gonna run liver supps for the next six months just to make sure i clean the fuck out of my liver because i wanna use winny again next spring.


p.s i been drinking my water and taking a liver cleaning tablet while i was on this cycle. i just want to be optimal on all protectants

Wow, 16 weeks can be a long time on a c-17-aa oral depending on the dose. You should have been taking milk thistle while you were taking the winstrol. I take it year round at 500mgs when off orals and 1500mgs. when on orals. Blood panel recently showed no signs of elevated liver enzymes, but I always take as much time off orals as on.

A gram a day for me on or off seems to do me for twice a year liv panels

yea i know it was a long time. i did 25 mg ed for about 5 weeks on 1 off during that time. never went higher than 50mg ed. my urine is still nice and clear thank god..i hear liv52 is the best thing out
