Does the density of the muscle have anything to do with the likelyhood of feeling post injection pain or pain durring the injection?

Well, I am not sure what you mean with muscle density, but I know that it will hurt more if you don't relax your muscle when injecting....

Much more. I try to sit on something, semi-sideways. Seems to make it easy to relax the glute that way.
