my 1st proposed cycle plz check!!

This is what i propose to take for my 1st cycle (12 weeks):

250mg of test E every 5days
0.5mg of arimidex every other day throughout my cycle.

pct consists of novaldex 2weeks after last injection

for nolva: day 1-2=80mg, days 3-7=60mg, days 8-18=40mg, days 19-25=20mg.

can someone with good experience check this for me as i am a newbie to this

As for you cycle plans...250 mg is kinda low. But Im sure its enough to shut down your nattural production..

As with any cycle I recomend HCG....

I suggest you up the dosage to 500mg every 4 days and run some HCG while on cycle

HCG along with nolva for pct you should be fine.

But bloodwork is allways the safest way to do a cycle..

Test at 500mg a week at most would be good for your first cycle.

Would be good if you post more about your stats and history.

Test Enan @ 500mg EW (say.....mon.&thurs. 250mg each)

HCG from 6th or 7th week on, just to fend off testicular atrophy.

PCT: Nolva @ 40,20,20,20,20,20 (keep enough on hand in case gyno symptoms become apparent while on cycle)

Without stats it's hard to say... but Test E at 250 per week is sufficient for a first cycle. 500 is better, but it all depends on you, your bodies response to the test, and your goals. Post up more info, to get more info. Good Luck.
