My 3rd cycle

Hey fellas,

here is my next cycle. I need some advice on where to place the HCG at I have 15000 IU's of it. I usually use clomid, but I am going with Nolvadex and HCG, but I need to do more research on it. I hope fo gain and keep a solid 20lbs and increase in strength too.

week 1-4 40mg Bulgarian d-bol/day
week 1-10 750 sust 250 (organon) a week
week 1-10 400mg/week (mainly for joints and appetite)(Zencall labs)
week 1-10 500mg/week Tren Enanthenate (Zencall labs)

PCT: Nolvadex 30mg a day I am not prone to gyno at all.

HCG: Still dunno where to put it ( i know i will get flamed as I need to do research)

My stats are 6'1" 220lbs 12% to 14% BF (calipers)
Bench: 345
Squat 405 for 3 reps
Clean 295
I am not a powerlifter.
