Hey guys I started a DNP cycle yesterday and thought I would post daily updates to share my experience.
A little on my stats: 6'2" about 255 as of current. Originally weighed about 315 and did the good ol' diet and excersize and lost 75 pounds or so. Dropped 20% BF and gained a lot of muscle. Well I fell off of the wagon and gained some weight and im trying to get back on track. Got my diet in check and started working out again. Decided I wanted to do some research on DNP a couple months ago, and decided to give it a try. So here it goes.
Day 1: Started out at 200MG. No sides, temperature was normal.
Day 2 (today): Woke up feeling fine, took 200MG with an 8oz glass of V8 and some eggs. Noticed I am a bit warm at work even with the AC on, although im a warm guy in general.
The stuff is pretty amazing! Im about a week in and the abs are showing. Gotta say, nothings free! I got up to 400mgs a day and after 2 days I felt so bad! Its hell! 300mgs, I can handle. Dont know how much I have lost. I dont use scales...stupid things if you ask me. Im holding alittle water though.
Im sure you did your research and will be fine. The shit is nuts bro! Good luck and happy sweating!

Good call on dropping back down. There's no reason to take an excessive dose and suffer. If you're not feeling good, you're probably taking too much. Remember, you choose the degree of sides via the dosage.
To the OP, I'll be following your log. Thanks for giving your feedback to the community.
I am very warm today. Woke up feeling great though. I noticed that I was very tired around midnight or so last night, although I usually stay up later.
A/C is blasting here at work and I am sweating a tad. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but when im eating, I don't seem to get satisfied. Like I still need to eat more. Usually doesn't happen to me. But man, ever since day 2 I can eat all day. Maybe its just because its the weekend. We will see how it progresses. I didn't think I would have symptoms so quickly? Maybe it's in my head though.
You will crave carbs! Just try and keep it under control. I have read so many threads about people trying DNP, then eating everything in site, and nothing good! Then they bitch because they didnt get good results. Its stopping you from making ATP, your body will trigger every hunger responce till it reaches its desired level of ATP. WHich it wont reach on DNP. Dont starve yourself, eat good levels of protein and deal!
IF you get week and fold under the pressure of the almighty carb, I can tell you from experience that Carls Jr's western burger hits the spot!

lol, try 800mg of DNP (i tolerate high doses very very well... plus it was bout 20 degrees where I am). On my last day of DNP, I hit up a chinese buffet... I could not stop eating. It almost felt like my stomach was not expanding, and rather I was just giving off a lot of heat. About 30 minutes after the buffet, I took a gigantic dump and pretty much could have replicated the amount of food I ate.
So it's day 4 and I have been hot since I woke up. If I am not in front of a fan, or the AC is not on, I sweat a lot. My temp is 96.6 so I am very average as far as temperature goes. I feel soooo hot though. I think I am going to start staying away from carbs while im on this.
Question to someone (Conc) who has lots of knowledge on this. When saying carbs make you heat up, should I stay away from them completly? As in no bread on a sandwich, or just excessive amounts of carbs, like potato chips and things of the sorts?
