My wife lost 12lbs in 3 weeks at 250mg ED, she started at 134lbs and is at 122lbs, wow she is amazing, she still killing it doing 45min cardio HIT style then practicing her fitness routine for another 45min.
My boy from the gym, lost 5lbs in one week at 500mg ED then he went on a vacation and put on 9lbs. He started back this Monday at 500mg ED and has lost 7 of those 9lbs he put on, I know alot of it is bloat from all the beer on his vacation.

I help a friend in RL with his drug schedules and he's been on DNP lately.. Ive been having him do 14 days on 400mg ED, while eating a 50/40/10 (P/C/F) diet. Then 7 days of 40/10/50, lots of water and a natural diuretic, and he keeps his cardio at 20-30 min post-workout and on the weekends when he doesn't lift he runs for an hour on Sat/Sun. He's doing great on that schedule, we're about to do round 3 this coming week. When I'm done with my cycle I'll be doing the same...or I may just stay on for a while and do DNP using the
Test to help me spare muscle even better. I lost lbm on DNP, not a whole lot, but considering how much I lost and how much I ate, and how much I worked out I think I was above average on LBM loss.. I was super hunger post DNP, but I stuffed my face like a pig for a few days and the weight didn't budge.. I went from 215 to 198.. Ohh...buddy isn't getting hunger pangs on the week off of dnp, I guess the drop in carbs and increase in fat helps..we haven't even been monitoring if he drops into ketosis..
