Default My DNP log

Was up guys? I am going to be running a DNP log, D's stuff. I am on Day 3 @ 250mg, I will be bumping it up to 500mg Friday day 4. I am 227 as of today, BF 12 or so %. Diet is 250grams Protein, 250grams carbs, as little fat as possible other then 10grams of Omega 3, 6. I will try to update this as often as possible. My wife will also be running 250mg ED, she is preping for a fitness show. One of my boys is also doing a "10 Day Blast" so I will update his results at the end of his cycle. Here are my before pics.

Not to nitpick but you look closer to 15% IMO. DNP will take care of that in no time tho

I hope so, I used calipers on my chest, side of abdomin, thigh, Tri, and put it in a calulator on bb.com.

Day 4

No weight loss yet, still 227

Sides: Increased warmth, light sweating all day. Today I went up to 500mg

Workout was on point, Chest, Tri supersets with legs.

I cheated on the diet and had a personal size deep dish pizza last night. It was good.

My boy at the gym who is running a cycle with me, said he sweated his arse off and he said he was very hot. My said she is finally feeling hot this morning. She is taking 250mg ED.

Hopefully the weight loss starts kicking in soon.

don't pay much attention to the scale man. Your body is going to compensate for the drug in your system, and it is going to want to hold on to more water. This is "dnp bloat". You aren't REALLY going to see everything you lose until about a week or so after your last dose.
be careful though on what you are eating, yeah you CAN eat some crappy stuff while on, but I mean if you really want to get your moneys worth (this shit ain't cheap), keep your workouts exactly how they are, and keep your carbs reserved for your post workout, and your a.m. meals.
For the rest of your meals, think fiber - not carbs.

Thanks for the feed back guys, I have really been looking closer at my diet & cardio, I will be doing 30 min low to med cardio on the treadmill or eliptical. Today I had a increase in heat and sweating all day long. I had make up an excuse to my boss as to why I was sweating so much. I am still at 500mg. I am tired pretty much all day so that sucks, but I know the DNP is working.

Diet

1 Fat Free Blue Berry Muffin
2 Scoops Whey

2 Scoops Whey
Banana

6oz Chicken
1/2 Cup Brown Rice

Post Workout
2 Scoops Whey
Sweet Potato Plain

8oz Talipia Grilled
Sweet Potato

2 Scoops Whey before bed time. which is now

Today was a good day, I really feel the heat and I am excited to see how things turn out.

On a side note today was my bro last day on his 7 day cycle. I will let you know his results at the end of the week once the water comes off.

4th of July

Happy Independence Day

Weight 224

So I am down 3lbs, I am very bloated so it will be interesting to see how things come out once the water comes off. I upped my dose to 3 caps, I had increased sweating and a little more heat but nothing major.

Today is Sat and I did 1hr of low to med intensity cardio, I felt pretty good, then an hour later I felt like I was hit by a truck, and felt like I could barly stand. After I ate lunch I started felling much better.

Monday the 7th

weight 220lbs
Down 7lbs so far

I have been taking 3 caps aprx 8hr apart.

Sides: pretty heavy sweating, no yellow sweats. I feel very warm all the time. I have my AC on 72 with my fan on and no covers when when I sleep. My AC is normally set on 76 or 77. When I eat carb meals I almost imedeatly start sweating heavier.

I am impessed, I knew I would not loose a lb a day or anything close to that, so two be down 7lbs in 14 days & eating carbs, WOW I never thought it would be possible.

You do the math at the end of the cycle bro.. You are losing fat but you're also holding water. After the DNP clears you will shed another 5-10lbs of water.. Last day on DNP I was 210, I started at 220 (i think), 3 days later for about 5 whole weeks after I sat at 198.. wrinkles on my face and everything..

Add in some apples, oranges, tomatoes.. Lots of water, 1gal should be your minimum.. Some CLA and L-Carnitine may show you some more definition and keep you less bloated.

Sorry about not posting in so long

Weight 218.5

3 Caps a day is very nice, nice and hot that is. I had to drop down to 1 a day on Wed, Thur, then went back up to 3 on Friday and will do 3 today and Sunday then drop down to 1 thru the week and end the cycle next weekend. At 3 caps I sweat so much that people at work think I am sick, so thats why I am lowering the does mon-thursday.

Has anyone gotten white/blue caps from D, I had maybe 30 or so out of my batch that are w/b and not yellow/green. It seems the yellow/green ones work much better, I do not notice any of the normal sides with the white/blue caps. My boy running them said the same thing as well. Still the results are great and I will only use D for DNP in the future.

still holding at 220lbs

The low I hit was 218, now that I am off I do see more visible veins from the loss of water. I have noticed that my appitite is still higher like when I was on DNP I do not know if I am weird or what, I am probably weird.

My wife lost 12lbs in 3 weeks at 250mg ED, she started at 134lbs and is at 122lbs, wow she is amazing, she still killing it doing 45min cardio HIT style then practicing her fitness routine for another 45min.

My boy from the gym, lost 5lbs in one week at 500mg ED then he went on a vacation and put on 9lbs. He started back this Monday at 500mg ED and has lost 7 of those 9lbs he put on, I know alot of it is bloat from all the beer on his vacation.

I help a friend in RL with his drug schedules and he's been on DNP lately.. Ive been having him do 14 days on 400mg ED, while eating a 50/40/10 (P/C/F) diet. Then 7 days of 40/10/50, lots of water and a natural diuretic, and he keeps his cardio at 20-30 min post-workout and on the weekends when he doesn't lift he runs for an hour on Sat/Sun. He's doing great on that schedule, we're about to do round 3 this coming week. When I'm done with my cycle I'll be doing the same...or I may just stay on for a while and do DNP using the Test to help me spare muscle even better. I lost lbm on DNP, not a whole lot, but considering how much I lost and how much I ate, and how much I worked out I think I was above average on LBM loss.. I was super hunger post DNP, but I stuffed my face like a pig for a few days and the weight didn't budge.. I went from 215 to 198.. Ohh...buddy isn't getting hunger pangs on the week off of dnp, I guess the drop in carbs and increase in fat helps..we haven't even been monitoring if he drops into ketosis..

The only way I'd take that stuff again is if I became an Iceroad trucker the sh*t burns you up!!! The stuff works but is harsh harsh and harsh. Not at all worth the risks not at all...cLeRks

ps never used D's but got mine from one of the first sources H* for those of you who have been around
