My First Cycle Advise Needed

Hi guys,

I'm considering this cycle and would appreciate comments.

Some background info on myself:
23 year old male. I have been lifting for 4 years (with the most time off would be a week a year) and train 3 times a week with a trainer. I started at a weight of about 105 and am at 161-165 at a height of 5'5. My body fat is about 16.5 though I haven't measured in a while. This will be my first cycle and am looking to put on about 20 pounds that I can keep after the cycle is over with if possible.

The cycle:
weeks 1-4 25 mg of Dianabol (to kick start until test begins to work)
weeks1-10 500 mg of test. Enanthate
weeks11-12 Nolvadex10mg and Proviron 25mg(alternating days)
weeks 13-16 Nolvadex (40,30,20,10)ed

Anti-Estrogens and PCT:
Proviron 25 mg and Nolvadex at 10 mg throughout cycle but alternating each day between the two( example: tuesday proviron 25mg, wed nolvadex 10 mg, thursday proviron 25mg, etc.) For Pct I was thinking of running the first week of Nolvadex at 40mg everday, the next week at 30mg everyday,20mg the next week and 10mg for the final week.

Should side effects be under control with this cycle with the precautions I am making with the nolvadex and proviron? Also, are any supplements needed when using Dianabol for this dosage?


Also, is it an obtainable goal for me to get over 200 pounds with three bulking cycles?

You should'nt get any side effects other than size,strength a bit of sweeting and the odd pimple.
200 lbs might be top end at your height bro,depending on body fat.
Its a pretty docile cycle, you should be fine.
hcg is a popular pct supplement you could include.....

I think you are smart by doing a simple cycle for your first time, it appears that you've done your homework

I would add another 2 weeks of 20mg nolvadex during your PCT.I think 4 weeks is too short.6 weeks would be better.Apart from that you should be okay.

You shouldn't have a problem packing on pounds with 500mg(weekly) of Test 10-12 weeks. It would be a good starter.

Thanks guys for so much input...I wasn't considering hcg because I have been reading it may not be necessary with only a 10 week cycle. That along with the clomid I have been reading mixed feelings on. I remember reading in anabolics 2006 that llewellyn was in favor of it ,however other books not so much. If I increase the nolvadex to 6 weeks instead of 4, how would I run the dosages each week?

hcg 500-750 ius every week starting about week 3-4 continuing like that untill last injection of test.after last injection of test do 500 iu's every 3 days for total of 3 injections or 9 days..

your right about the clomid you dont need it with the nolva BUT,
Hcg is ALWAYS needed. you want the best recovery you can get and HCG will help you do that. I hate reading that you can "get by" without something, yes you can but your going to spend good money on gear , food, and training, then make sure you do EVERYTHING you can to keep your hard earned gains.
use it @ 300ius EOD thru your cycle or @ 500ius EOD starting the wk before your last shot and for 2wks after, wait three days and start you PCT.....................11

Ok let me make sure I understand this...Right after my second shot of test enth. on the 9th week, I begin HCG at 500 ius every other day which will take me into weeks 10 and 11 still on HCG. then after my last dose of HCG i wait three days and then begin my 6 week nolvadex pct?

Also, for week 11 should I still be on nolvadex 10 mg and proviron at 25mg ?

Yes you are correct about the HCG.Also i would start the nolva at 20 mg a day with the HCG.This is a seperate quantity from your PCT and is not part of the 6 weeks.HCG can give gyno itself in some people so nolva is a good precaution.You can drop the proviron during HCG if you wish.

Start it 1wk before your last shot of test(whatever wk that is) and for 2wks after, wait, then start you PCT. Im not sure if proviron is a good idea for PCT, good during cycle but not PCT.................11

Guys I have one more question to ask about MPB...my dad is somewhat bald in the back on his head ,but on my mom's side, all the males except my uncle(i think caused my stress) died with a full head of hair in their 80's. So I'm not sure if I am going to go bald ,I think i've have some recession on the sides after looking at some pics when I was 18(I'm 23 now), so im not sure if im going to go bald or not. Is proscar something that really works well and if so how much should I take a day and for how long during my cycle?

I think thats pretty normal, I knew by mid 20's I was going to lose some hair just not how much, but there was nothing then I could do.

If your going to start Proscar you need 1mg ED and you'll stay on it for good not just during cycles. Ive been on it for about 4-5 yrs? and its helped me KEEP the hair I had,(even thru some long, heavy cycles) you being younger is much better than when I started(around 40). But if you dont know for sure that your going to lose your hair Im not sure Id start it, maybe wait and at the 1st sign start it but remember it takes about 6mo to really take affect........................11
