Looking for critiques of my first real cycle. I was a dumbass a couple years ago and ran my first attempt without all that much research. It was 150mg / of
Tren. (i know i know). Didnt eat right and was very limited cardio. The only thing good i did was a decent pct. So after much more research I am attempting a new first cycle and would like to know what everyone/anyone thinks.
Stats:
26 yrs old (lifting consistently for 4 years)
5'10" 235
16% bf
Cycle: 10 Weeks
600mg/week of triple blend
test (200mg
test p,e,c)
.25mg adex ed (im willing to trade a bit of muscle for the safety)
Nova on hand just in case
Animal stack multi, milk thistle,B12
Lift 4x week (standard muscle groups)
Cardio 3x wk 20 mins day
Diet: 4,000 to 4,500 cals/day 40/35/25 carb/pro/fat

I have a few questions: I understand that there will be considerable water retention during the cycle, but what can i do to limit that? Also do my cals seem a little low?
