I got my sust250 and my liquid dbol from a company most of you might be familar with about 5 weeks ago after waiting about a month and a half. Ive been doing the sust with 500mg a week and ive already finished the dbol with 30mg a day and i have not gained 1 pound. Care to explain. because there is no reason for this. My eating is 4k caloric intake a week and its clean foods.

In over 30 years I don't think I've ever seen that to happen so I think it's much more likely that 4k cal's/day are not being consumed or at least not being consumed each and every day... day after day after week after month. Too often people do something right, but only half the time, and then wonder why they aren't making any gains. No response meltdown? Say it aint so........is it true? I didnt catch the 4000 cals a WEEK thing either. Kinda wondering why you havent responded yet. Either way, if youre not gaining, you need to eat more. Bottom line.

| it aint possible hes eatin only 4000k and takin a steroids cycle, hed be dead by now if that was the case Lmao, i eat 3200cals a day on my program now and i only weigh a 155lbs and gaining and im still hungry lol

You're just picking on the guy Max.. lol I will say that I also have difficuly believing your diet was that high and you worked out and didn't gain a pound.. unless your idea of training is going to the gym and running on the treadmill and hitting the eliptical machine.. My guess is your over exagerating your diet and your training.. and i'd say that even with poor diet and training you should have gained something.. IMO you may be injecting yourself with ditchwater.. Now obviously you need to work on your training and your diet because seriously buddy, if you eat that many calories and train just 30 minutes a day 3 days a week (lol) You would have gained something.. Start keeping a journal of everything you eat in a day every day.. and don't be lazy! Then after three or four days come back and post your diet and also post your workouts (no lying or no exagerating because we won't be able to help you if you're not completely honest) Let us see how you're eating and how you're training. Sets and exercises.. Also do you consume a lot of alcohal or recreational drugs.. because those can play a big part in gains and losses in and out of the gym.
