Starting week 11 > Tamoxifen 11 MG One a day for 2 weeks CHOR GONADOT 10000U One injection a day . How does that look? I just started my 4th week today of 300 test E and 200 Deca once a week for 10 weeks. Age 40, 5'9", 180lbs. First cycle . Thank you

here is how you need to run your PCT

Week 10: Complete Cycle
Week 11: Halfway through week- HCG 500IU's a day for ten days.
When completed HCG: Tamox 40mgs/day for 2 weeks followed by 20mgs/day for the next 2-4 weeks.

What is CHOR GONADOT? Is it the same thinig as HCG? I already have PCT I put in my original post. If I cannot get what you recommended, will what I have do the job?

Yes its HCG and that will work just fine

shouldnt he run an AI with the HCG, especially in the immediate post cycle window when the Estrogen/Test proportions are so skewed?
Bubba, what you have to remember is that the HCG will cause a rise in estrogen...a very bad thing since you are already going to be in a state of declining exogenous test and supressed natural test production. you really need to use an AI when administering the HCG...I personally like Aromasin @ around 20 mg/day starting day after last shot. Also I used HCG all the way thru on this cycle and I am liking it waaaaaay better than just using it at the end.

and no, what you have is not nearly enough...at the very least you need more Nolva.

Your right J, he will need an AI or at least some nolva at a low dose. I think we mentioned this to him in one of his other threads about running it to keep off water weight and using it through PCT. And like J pointed out, the HCG is enough for PCT, but you will need more Nolva.

Thanks for the responses. Let me see if I understand......I have enough HCG, but I need to add an AI like Aromasin 20 mg per day at end of the cycle (for how many days?). I also need to add a low dose of Nolva (What is a low dose). I am taking something else every three days throughout the cycle. I keep my gear at work and cannot remember the name of it. It appears I have to low of dose of Tamoxfin. Is Tamoxfin similar to Nova?

tamoxafin is nolvadex. you can run a low dose of nolva (like 10-20 mg/day) while on cycle, but personally I wouldn't unless I ran into sides like excessive bloat, hi blood pressure or itchy nips. I was speaking to the amount of nolva you said you were gonna take for PCT...11 mg/ day for 2 weeks aint gonna even start to cut it bro.
