Default My sore tendons!

Hi guys. The tendons at my lower bicep are kinda fucked, and especially when i train chest, on the flat bench at the lower end of the lift, i feel tons of pain that lasts like and hour. Im also a bouncer and i hurt it in fights almost everytime i work. I take a fair amount of test and i know this can fuck up collagen synthesis.

Unfortunately i can't afford hgh right now. Would a cycle for a few months of 1 gram eq, 500mg deca per week and anavar help? These comopunds are all supopsed to be good for tendon problems right? How much anavar? I can get it as powder relatively cheaply. And how long should i run these compounds?

Has anyone tried something like this? Were you able to keep a significant amount of size?

I would lay off your anabolics like testosterone for now. As much as it sucks all cycles are a little harsh on the tendons. Cycles = ammounts high enough to build muscle quick & higher than the upper range for a normal male athlete. I would try just eating a healthy diet with plenty of green leafy vegies with cartbs & protien. Supplemnet with Fish Oil & Vitamins B & C. I would stay away from testosterone only cycles unless used in normal upper range of a HRT regamin only. If you do need to use anabolics use Testosterone with Equipoise or Anavar as you mentioned they are pretty good for callagen. Low dose GH long term may help & short term may agrevate the condition. Hope you listen & hope this helps.

Use anabolics at your own risk & only with a doctors prescription.

i have an idea. how about laying off of the gear until you have that shoulder looked at? you may have a partial tear, you may have a strain, etc. and no amount of gear is going to help that.
