My SHBG is 59 and estrodoil is 53. Cortisol is 23. ALl on high end. 28 year old health male with prohormone use for YEARS. never really did a PCT.
Anyways, total test is 626. Problem is, my skin flushes easilyand histamine release....that normal for estrogen problems, etc...What can I take to get this back on track? Supplement advice and is this known side effects that i am having. I have hot flashes kinda, and skin turns red on heat and eyes are also red? Let me know.

dude, i have . Many times and all types of docs. All did blood work and came out good. The endo doc is stupid when it comes to male hormones. Has no clue of even what to order honestly. So i have to do this myself...why i ask. I have no skin problems, thats coming from 4 different dermatologist. no eye problems...coming from a few eye docs. Only thing i had was HIDA scan came back bad. Which tells me estrogen as well.......and why estrogen is high.
yah we are not doctors here bro ... we can simply give advice to try and prevent problems .. if somthing is messed up in your bloodwork I highly recommed getting a new doctor... .or even ask to see a speicalist

My Mrs get symptoms like these.
Skin flushes are estrogen related, histamine release can be from anything your body is sensitive to.The Mrs even gets it from a cold front coming over {weather} and will have to take antihistamines.
What supplements/meds have you used to try to combat your symptoms
There may be some otc s that could be worth trying

i take antohistamines for the same thing, sometimes my skin will start getting small ichy lumps almost anywhere and ill start to sneeze a lot, sometimes get a rash on the thumb sides of my hands but the medication sorts it out greatly.

You never really did a pct you say.
Best bet I can think of is to do a pct.
It's as if your estrogen receptors are lighting up causing the flushes.
I think you should try and SERM and an AI then go onto a OTC Anti E supplement that you can take for a longer period, such as Stocked or Post cycle support - by anabolic innovatons.
A good way to keep your cortisol levels down is to eat a diet high in carbs.
