I am 34yrs old currewntly 206lbs. I have been working out on and off since high school. I have recently aquired a few different things and i need some advice on how to proceed. First what i have: 1 - 10ml bottle of Trenbolone Acetate - 100mg - Manufacture Gen Pharm 1 - 10ml btl of Trenbolone Enanthate 200mg - Kong Labs(hmm) 1 - 10 ml btl of Test Proponate(75mg) / Tren Acetate (25mg) 7 amps of Omnadren - think the manuf is Jelfie S.A. (at least it says that on the btl) 500 dbols - I think not sure what they look like but i trust my source. they are about 1cm pink hexagon in shape, one side is just a line and i think the other is an arm but i cant quite tell. My question is how should i proceed. What should i do with what and when. I have done test cyp before and finiplex - both over a year ago. I have been taking 3 pills (breakfast lunch and dinner) for 3 days., I also have already done 1cc of the tren acetate with on amp of the omnaren - 3 days ago. Any help would be greatly apprreciated. Please let me know amounts and and what to do with what. Im assuming i want the test first to bulk and then the tren but i need some good advice. Thanx, Jon |

I realize this is a smorgusborg if u will - the only reason i have these right now is becuase a friend got stuck with them and wanted to get rid of it. I understand that i dnt know the first thing about putting a cycle together thats why im here asking questions. I am currently 208 with 12% body fat. i run 2-4 miles 4 or 5 times per week and train aaprox 1.5-2 hrs in the gym 5-6 days per week. I guess my goals are pretty simple - put on some weight (10-15lb) and increase my strength without having liver failure. I have been working out on and off for most of my adult life. Have been in the gym serious again for about 6months now. My bench is about 300 (4th set 5 reps) at least thats what i did last wednesday. Squat 350 or so depending on number of sets. im not an idiot here i understand this is an unconventional way of obtaining a cycle but at the moment its what i have and id like to make the best of it - if its possible. Thnx again for any advice |

| Bro thats what I was thinking. ![]() IMO: it will be a challenge to get a solid beginner cycle out of it. I would slow down save this gear and look into one of the beginner cycles listed in the sticky HDH pointed out. Good Luck Bro...
