Default need an opinion or two
alright guys, most of you are probably familiar with me right now - as I have been conducting dnp research, a few times.
I am interested in getting putting on some serious pounds, but am in the ballpark of 16% bf. What I want to know is do you guys think I should keep pushing to get low bf ( < 9%), or do you think I should try to pack on lean mass and THEN cut.[

have been debating this for a week or so..

bulk up and than shred down. your bf % is low i think.

lol, I appreciate the comment, but imo if you are more than 11-12%, you are fat
