Well i am thinking of getting some winny soon.... I am currently on 700mg of SuperSust a week for 10 weeks.....How much winny do you think i should take......and what are the effects of winny how does it work if it even dose i have looked up info on it and well i would rather get the info form people that have used it hopefully you can help me out here thanks!!!!!

How many weeks are you into your cycle? IMO, if your on week 4 go ahead and start with 50mg EOD until the 10th week.
As far as any bad sides with Winny, some light bone aches and a lump after the injection that seem to linger for a few days, nothing realy bad at that dose.

And the aches are joints, not bones.
EoD won't do you as good as ED. Winny has a short half-life.

Yeah, you could always inject EoD and take it orally on the non-injection days.

Diet and cardio are the only fat loss formula you will find with any success IMO. Winstrol had an hardening effect on me and used in perspective is a good choice. However, I must say your cycle is piss poor planned if you are only thinking of throwing other stuff in now.
