need experienced advice for first cycle

I am about to start my first cycle it will be as follows:

200mg. cypionate/ ew/ 10 weeks

I know I am prone to gyno and was wondering what would work best to prevent this. my thoughts were 10 or 20 mg. nolva ed during cycle. then pct starting 2 weeks after last shot:

clomid=300mg 1st day then 100mg for next 10 days/ then 50 mg 10 more days

nolva=40mg for 2 weeks then 20mg 2 more weeks

all thoughts and opinions appreciated.

300-400 mgs of test ew...200 should be too low..but u might be n exception
10-20 gs of nolva ed or .25-.5 l-dex ed
gyno appairs bump nolva up to 40 mgs until symptoms disappear

the reason the dose is low is b/c of the gyno issue and to see how my body reacts. Do you think it would be better to bump up the dose after a week or two if all seems well?

You have testo in you already... 400mg wont kill you. I say go with 200mg the first 2 weeks, then take 400mg the weeks after that if you feel ok with 200mg.

Should feel much of anything really tough

Sure, 400 a week made me explode my first test cycle.

Use an AI like adex, femera (probably better) during your cycle for gyno, nolva can lower IGF-1 levels.
Also, keeping estrogen in check with an AI is a good idea for minimising supression of the HPTA.
Estrogen is highly supressive, morso than test.

do exactly what the other guys here said bump it up to 400mg a week and like one of the other brothers said use femera if you KNOW you are prone to gyno femera is the best in my opinion or arimidex if you can get your hands on the stuff....Kal
