Need a fat blasting cycle

Hi Guys. I need some help please. I trained every day untill i got married!! I have picked up alot of body fat and need to get back into shape. I have used in the past and had excellent results.

I need some help with some cycles!! I would really appreciate it. I have seen articles that say that winstrol and sustonon 250 is great for fat loss? I weigh 270 pounds.

I looked the best when I weighed 220 pounds. i have 50 pounds to lose.

please let me know whay you think.

No more twinkies...........comeone you know the deal.......no abololic will cause fat loss....period. They will help you keep muscle while you lose fat.......start with hardcore training, lots of cardio, clean eating, and 2 days of rest per week. HGH will help with fat loss, but sounds like there is lots you can do without anabolics.

All you need to do is modify your diet to what you were doing while training up to marriage. Start doing cardio 4-5 x a wk, to where you are breathing heavy, but can maintain that for 30 mins. Hit 4 days of weight training at 30-45 mins a pop with very little rest between sets, say like 30 seconds after cardio. Cut out all alcohol, fried food, pop, pizza, and junk food. Take a multi vitamin to get those extra nutrients you can't get in through diet and you'll be good to go. I wouldn't waste your money or time on cycels of anything, diet and exercise you'll lose 50 in 12 weeks or quicker.
