Need a good pct routine?

I am using nolvadex for pct...clomid makes me a bitch. I will have been on primo for 6 weeks , with 50mg a day of oral winny. I might run a little longer (like 2 weeks) and throw some anadrol in there....as I have leaned out quite a bit on this cycle.

Do I have to do 40mg or can I get away with 20 ....for how long? The shit makes me break out worse than the juice so I want to be on minimum time.

all of these seem resonable try one and see how it works

60mg 2 days, 40mg 2 wks, 20mg 2 wks,

NOLVA 40mg ed (2 weeks)
NOLVA 20mg ed (2 weeks)

for pct:
start with 50 mg of Nolvadex first 10 days
cont. with 25 mg of Nolvadex for next 25 days

Day 1 - 120 mg Nolva
Day 2-11 - 40 mg/day
Day 12-21 - 20 mg/day

60mgs for 4-5weeks
