Not going to pretend im an expert here, but I have done my fair share of test cycles. Recently I started a HGH 3iu/day and enanthate 600mg/week cycle. I had been hitting the right glute quite a bit over the years and More recently now that i think back to it.
Last wednesday i was taking a shot and the pin didnt want to go through once i pushed hard enough it very painfully went through and the testburned on its way in. I knew somethin was up but being the retard that I am, i tried to ignore it. The spot in the pic bruised up within hours and now 5 days later Im starting to get some burning type sharp pains every once in a while? There is no swelling, or very minimal if any, no redness besides the blood under skin, and it is sore to the touch like a bruise would be but not much worse. Any ideas guys? Ill go get treated if need be, but I wanted to see if anyone had ever dealt with anything like this before? Any help from the vets would be greatly appreciated.

Thats a weird looking splotch, but anyway, I'm sure you just punctured a vein. Thats why it was harder to push threw. Do you draw back with the syringe like your suppose to? I'll bet you don't, That makes sure your not actually in a vein? Better start if you don't.
I would do warm/hot, moist compresses for a few days. 15-20min at a time. Several times a day if possible and Sit in a bath/hot tub/jacuzzi.
Why do you only use the right glute??
Not good practice, use the other side or quads also to prevent inflammation .

Yeah, I always aspirate and I was assuming that I just punctured a vein real bad......I was just worried about the pain I started to experience recently. I figure you would probably experience some pain if you hit somehting real bad anyway?

Yeah, usually I switch glutes since Im usually only going one shot a week. I think over the years though my right glute has definitely taken more abuse. Im gonna start delt and quad injects this week for the first time and lay off the glutes for a long time if not for good....any suggestions on quad and delts, I know there are a couple of options on both?
Ouch! That does look pretty nasty. Two things that may be an issue one like was already posted you have to pull out before you inject to make sue your not in a vein. You also have to consider this you can go staight through a vein and not get blood in the syringe. Actually in my opinon is what that looks like. Secondly the rubber bottle tops are very thick and can take a toll the tips and depending on the combination of needle manufacturer and the rubber top being used can really dull them which can make it harder to inject. I get a extra box of tips which I use for the bottles and then change the tip before the injection. Also scar tissue developes over time which is why it's always good to rotate injection sites to give the site time to heal properly. I'm my opion and I'm in no way a doctor but I have been around for a while you should be fine you may have gone staight through a vein and possibly colapsed it which would be the red lines are the vein dieing and the redness is the blood under the skin showing at the surface. I would keep a close eye on it and it couldn't hurt to take a cycle of some antibiotics to knock out any chance of a abcest which sucks you don't want a another hole your ass bro.

Yeah I started on the antibiotics when I first noticed, but I only had enough for a day or two. I should try to get some more?.......Think I should just go to a walk in or something for that?
Well like I said you'll probally be ok and most likely it's not an infection because it started too quickly. Like any infection it takes time for it to kick in. Good word of advice I got a long time ago is to always have your PCT meds readyy before a cycle and when doing any injectables keep a cycle of antibiotics on hand and at any sign of an infection use them. Also bro I don't know about your relationship with your doctor but I wouldn't want to have to go into to my doctor and tell him I was injecting myself without a prescription of anything but you are protected by doctor patient laws but it's just my prefference. You can order antibiotics without a scrip online unfortunately it takes a little while. Only you know how this feels and honestly it doesn't look too hot and if it was my ass I'd be a liitle worried too. If it's not getting better it definatly couldn't hurt to get it checked out. But brother that is entirely up to you like I said it's your ass. My biggest point to you is next time you do an injectable cycle keep some antibiotics on hand just to ease your mind and always look at everything as a what if situation. Well just spoke to my buddy who is a Nurse practitioner. He wasnt worried and said i hit a big one....lol, not to worry about it, because it def was not an absess or infection : ) Thanks bros, Ill keep you update dif there is anything further......hope not

As you know antibiotics need to be taken for a full course..a day or two of them can do more harm than good if you have an actual infection.
