Need help to get "the boys" back - MESO-Rx

Friend of mine is in a friggin rut. He did a cycle, ran nolva 10mg whole cycle and then did clomid PCT as Phreezer suggests. Only he didnt run HCG, just clomid. Anyhow, he told me at work last night his nuts shrunk about 33%. I didnt know what to tell him, that I would ask and give him info ASAP. What should he do guys? He's kind of worried about all of this. Help is greatly appreciated!!!!

They will recover on their own, but that could easily take 3-6 months. I would tell your friend to get some HCG ASAP. That should get them back to size in a week or two.

This is why it is so important to run HCG if shrinkage in the testes has occured. Run 250-500 iu of HCG for 10 days this will bring back the size and restart the clomid at 50 mg for two weeks after the HCG has been completed which will help keep natural test stimulated.

Sounds good...but he completed the cycle 3 months ago and his boys are still the same size. Will the HCG still work??

Yes the HCG will still work but he should be well on his way to recover so he might think about 5 days of HCG and 1 week of clomid so he will not hinder his natural recovery and monitor it from there.

So should it be 5 days or 10 days? When you inject the HCG...do you shoot sub Q or i.m.? What guage/length needle is best used for this? Do you take Clomid day after last injection of HCG? Thanks!!!
