Default Need help showing abs in 1 month

OK i really want to do this in 1 month or less. I am still focusing on strength and not so much size but if i have to give up strength to accomplish this,so be it. ... here is what i'm going to do because i think it's the only fair way and the only way i am going to get solid advice. The reason i haven't posted my pic yet is because of a few tatoos i have on my abs and i just thought it was always best to hide my identity as much as i could,like most of us do. I don't care about being 190lbs when alot of guys on here make me look like a little boy :-) I've admitted to this plenty of times and even said my diet usually sucks as far as BBing goes. My diet is usually great compaired to the average human being but not compaired to most guys here. .. OK I will take a good pic of myself tomorrow so everyone can take a look and see my chances of doing this is in a month ... I know i can do it and it can be done. Yeah i can just make up a diet from what i know but let's face it,i don't have nearly as much hands on experience with diet as alot of guys on here do,so i think it's best if i listen to someone else. .. Let me stress that evn though it was hard for me to stick with a strict BBing diet before .. Mostly because i was always pretty much pleased with my body so i didn't have the drive or reason to .... i am very serious about this. I do have another reason as of yesterday but i'll just keep that to myself for now because i know i am going to get yelled at by someone :-) .. Just remember i am on a budget but i do get time to eat at my job whenever i want,which i think is a major plus. I will cook,bring my lunch,eat 7X/day,lay off the Taco bbjjjjn BELL! Damn that was hard to say. I will update my pics for the board to show my progress too. Don't forget,i was 200lbs at one time with probably a few more % BF,just going by mirror. I just want to go by the mirror and i don't care about measuring my BF%. I just want those abs showing. I will greatly appreciate this. thank you ... PS. i am on 800mg EQ/week as of now and am putting another order in WED for a friend so i will probably get something for myself. I was thinking Tren A and Masteron because Deacon keeps mentioning them together and i can't get them out of my head :-) .. i just don't think spending the money on Mast right now is a good idea with me being on EQ and wanting to add the Tren,so i think i will go with the Tren A and EQ. The gear and training is not really much of a problem,the diet is really what i need advice on and maybe some tricks that have worked for others. Need Any more info just ask

For maximum results, your best bet is going to be a PSMF. Ive done it for 2 weeks at a time with very good results and i know of people who have done it for much longer (months and months). But after a week or two it really sucks. Food becomes more important than sex or air or anything else. You could do a refeed in there to help out and get you through to your 4 week goal. The downside is that your energy levels will decline, as will your strength, especially if you typically go for higher reps (8+). In a month you could pretty easily lose about 8-15 pounds of fat (and Im not taking about including water weight, like some people do).

If youre 200 pounds, then a PSMF would end up with numbers like this: protein - 250-300g; carbs - 20g; fat - 10-20g. Total calories would be ~1200.

1200 cal? holy shizzle :-) .. Wow,i was hoping to keep energy levels up but now that i think about it,my energy levels are higher when i'm on restricted calories. I'm not too sure about going low for weeks though. I will do it. By the way,what is PSMF? Do you have something for me to read? thanks

if you have only 1 month I would go 500-600 mgs per week - that is gona burn it off ya!

Your not shitting me are you because i will do it. I believe my Mast comes in 100mg .. 20ml .. that would last me 3 weeks but wouldn't Tren A be better in 3 weeks because that's how the Tren A also comes? .. You like Mast that much? I never used it. OK if you vouch for it,i will get 2 bottles of Mast and go with 600mg/week with the 800mg EQ/week.

you could run test prop/ tren a/ Masteron A together

100/75 ed prop/tren
Masteron 400-500 mgs per week

that would be a potent month blitz I think

Too many ML for me since i already have the EQ going ... I was thinking of Mast at 400mg with the 800mg EQ and Winny with those or just them alone ... tren A at 400mg with the 800MG EQ ... OR just say the hell with it and go with 1G Sust with the 800mg EQ ... I did notice i was seeing more abs last time i did 1G Test E

test e , masteron, and EQ would be a good choice but EQ does not burn fat like Tren does so keep that in kind - winnie wont either
