need help to start first cycle, im biggener

im 45 years old 195 lbs 3 years traning ,,i took deca for 2 weeks 200mg each but i stopped taking it today cause i was told that deca is not good for first cycle ,,,can somebody help me ?

400mg deca a week 1-10
500mg testosterone a week 1-12
add sone nolvadex to stop gyno and for pct add some clomids or hcg.

you can easy gain 20-30lbs

you were right to stop the deca-it can have issues that you are not ready to deal with yet-trust me

get a hold of some testosteron enanthate or cypionate

take 500 mg a week-split injections-250mg each say M/THUR

learn what a Post Cycle Therapy is.

you will need this to get your balls going again-and never ever take a cycle without testosterone.

Circuit breaker posted this same question in multiple sections yesterday, I supplied his PCT information along with products and dosages, and the down sides to deca. Lets consider a few of these multiple posts closed.
