which one depends on what you have got.....

Augmentin for ghonnorhea

Zithromax for NSU / chlamidia

Any penicillin for syphilis (but you MUST take it for 3 weeks, injectable long acting penicillin is usualu used)

If you have an STD, get it diagnosed properly, because you dont know what you are treating, long term untreated syphlis has virtualy no symptoms until you develop incurable insanity. HIV also needs checking out
