I just finished the 4th week of my 1st cycle. Im 205lbs 6'3" ( started at 190) and been lifting seriously for 1 year. My original plan was to do 500mg test enat for 10 weeks and 375 mg of Deca for 8 weeks plus PCT. Currently my strengh is up quite a bit but my bf is around 20%( same as when I started) so I want to modify my cycle a bit. I was thinking of extending the test to 12 weeks ( I have plenty of that but no more deca) and adding some winny weeks 7-12 at 50mg ED. I also have 100 tabs of 25 mcg t3. ( cant take clen, kills my appetite) . Here are my questions: 1) Will the winny bring about additional benefits? 2) How and when should I use the T3 in this cycle to shed fat? Thanks bros |

lifting seriously for one year? IMO you should not have done a cycle for another two or three years - you should have peaked physically first and one year is not long enough for that.

I agree with Deacon. Starting at 6'3", 190lbs and 20% BF you have some potential to make extremely drastic body changes without AAS use. IMHO, even if you have terrible genetics you could have dropped 10% BF and gained 20lbs of LBM with only moderate changes in your diet and training. Regardless, as to your question, given you drug choices you seem to be trying to both gain size and drop fat at the same time. THIS CANNOT BE DONE WITH GREAT SUCCESS. These conflicting goals often leads to marginal results. If I were you I would do the following: 1.) Make sure I am using a good anti-estrogen, not using a good anti-e will hinder your fat losss attempts, and at 20% BF you should be looking to drop BF. 2.) Drop the Deca and start the winny now. 3.) Do not use the T3, you do not need it at your experience level. 4.) Adjust your diet to 6 clean small meals a day. 5.) Increase your cardio. 6.) Lift only 3 times a week, you could try using HST. |

HST = Hypertrophy Specific Training http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html You _can_ bulk then cut but this generally produces marginal results. |
